Update on my weight and inches lost 14 lbs in 17 days. 3 inches around my waist down 1 pant size.....I wonder where I will be in a month on Taislim. I have been OK on my eating....not perfect. I work out everyother day for 15-30 min. WHAT I HAVE LEARNED IS THAT THE MORE WATER YOU DRINK THE FASTER YOU LOOSE. Make sure you are staying regular...keep moving.

Tara here...this is my before picture a week ago Saturday. I have lost quite a bit of weight in the 2008. A few months ago I hit a wall. I was doing the same thing that worked before but I was stuck. When I heard about Taislim I thought it would be great if it could push me off my very stubborn plateau. IT DID!!! Wow in less then a week I am loosing weight again. I don't know how many inches I have lost yet...I'll let you know.

Hey Chris and Dede, it’s Amorette (aka Large and in Charge). Anyway, here are some before pictures. My weight is 234 lbs. and I am 5’7.

My measurements are as follows:

Bust: 48”

Waist: 47”

Hip: 53”

Arm: 15”

Thigh: 29”

Some other alarming statistics that are weight related for me going on right now are:

Resting Pulse: 100 bpm

Blood Pressure: 125/85

Cholesterol: 285

I also have high fatty liver enzymes ALT & AST are both elevated and in the high range.

I have my blood work papers at home so I can give you exact numbers but don’t have it with me. Basically, my body is struggling and crazy strained even when I am just sitting my fat butt around here at the office. I was lecturing a friend of mine who is a smoker and her resting pulse, even being high at 86, was lower than mine. I have put on over 85 lbs. in just 9 ½ months and it is really taking a strain on my body, my heart, and my self-esteem =(

5 days of Taislim and already I feel hopeful and energetic so I am going to do my best and I KNOW the results will show my hard work soon. I have adjusted my eating already and will start walking and working out soon too. Love you guys, thanks for adding this great tool to my arsenal of weight loss strategies. I will keep you posted on my progress.

Donna's pants were soooo tight that she couldn't button them. I look forward to showing them off after I reach my goal. I will have to hold them on. What a view! It's hard to believe I've let myself get so bad. TaiSlim is great, after 3 days Donna has lost 5 lbs. My goal is to lose at least 40 lbs. by April 16th when I return home after Income Tax season. Will that blow minds at home or what!!

I’m Rachel, age 32, mom of five young kids.

Height: 5’3”, beginning weight: 156.

January 13, 2009 was the day I got my first shipment of TAIslim. Before I even tried a drop of it, my husband Sam took my “before” pictures. Here is the ultimate glamour shot of them all, not to be shared lightly. I have so much confidence that TAIslim will give me the results I hope for that I’m giving you this picture before I have the skinny one to place alongside it!

Now, it has been exactly one week since I began taking TAIslim. I was completely grossed out when I first drank it. I drank those two ounces alone, then chugged 8 ounces of water immediately following. I have since discovered that it can be mixed with the water (which makes it slightly more palatable), or mixed with water, lemon, and ice (I can drink that!). Anyway, for the first few days, I noticed that my appetite shrank significantly. And I didn’t crave sweets – something I have eaten probably every day of my life! I figured that these effects on my appetite might change after a few days, but I am grateful to report that I’m still eating far less than I was eating before I began taking TAIslim. I am trying to eat the recommended diet that is given along with the product, but potatoes are something I will never be able to completely get rid of! I have been eating other vegetables, however. The point is, I’m not strictly adhering to the TAIslim diet, and I am still seeing results.

I have exercised twice for ½ hour each time, once on Thursday and once today. So, obviously I haven’t been a dedicated exerciser. However, each time I exercised, I could feel the deep muscles working – not to mention that the aching muscles that I normally feel for a day or two after working out did not ache as much as is usual for me.

Today I weighed and measured myself. I had lost 2 inches off of my bust and waist, and 1 ½ inches off of my hips. That extra little fat roll you see between my waist and hips? GONE. This in itself is so amazing to me. I will continue to use this product and eat better and exercise more often than twice a week, and my “after” picture will be posted very soon – and look much more glamorous than the one I have posted here!

Lillah here..I want to have another baby but I have to loose some of the weight from the last baby first. At least 15-20lbs. 2009 is the year we all get to fit back into the swimming suit we used to wear in 1991?!+** OK maybe not! I just want to find my waist again.....Today is my first day to start Taislm. Hey all, Jenns in the house, as you will very well see just below..lol. My first picture I am posting

is just to build up some guts to post my bathing suit beuty pict. So you all know i am miss smiley most of the time but under it all I hide some major dissapointment. I am only 29 and already struggling to keep a healthy weight. But not for long, thanks to taislim...

Last Before picture. I have been taking Taislim for 7 days and I have lost 10 lbs. As you can tell 10 lbs is just the tip of the unattractive iceburg.

I AM happier this week since I have lost 10 lbs..... but I have NOT lost enough weight to post more pictures to torture each of you. I am so grateful I NOW have hope of loosing the my weight and keeping it off. Thanks Taislim!!

WEEK ONE

Ok so I'm not too happy about putting this BEFORE picture up for everyone to see..... I know that this is the last time I will ever look like this! I have to remember in a few weeks it will be exciting to see the changes. If I'm ever tempted to get lazy with taking my Taislim and working out all I have to do it look at this.
